If we are being honest we already have a version of this recipe on the blog – but Lion really wanted me to make a video of him making these muffins. What can I say – as long as the kitchen is in tolerable order I’m generally happy to make a mess of it cooking with my two Wee Lairds. So…off we go. So glad the Wee Laird’s Kitchen has returned. Lion would get a big hug and a huge hurray from Grandma Margie for his muffins. He obviously loves to bake and taste as he goes. She always said “it’s a poor cook who goes hungry!”
